How do I return an item?
If for any reason the products you purchased from iPodstyle.com don't meet your satisfaction, follow the instructions below to send them back for refund, credit or alternate product.
Step One. Email customer.service@ipodstyle.com and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This should like something like #16143R. It will be your order number with an R (for return) at the end. Next, put the product to be returned in a a box (you can use the one we sent it in) with all the packaging and documentation that was with the product. To receive full credit we need "all" of the paperwork, packaging and the product must be "as new" condition so that is can be resold.
Step Two. Include a copy of the sales receipt (or some other documentation like emails with an order number on it) and add a brief explanation of why you're returning the item and also what you want us to do when it's received (refund, exchanged, etc.). This will help to remind us when the item arrives. Things get busy around here and we want to make sure that things are handled correctly. Write your RMA on the outside of the shipping box (RMA #16143) so that it is noticeable to our crew. Please DO NOT write or label the product or product packaging in any way.
Step Three. Send the package to the address below using any method you choose: USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.
Step Four. When we receive the package we will evaluate its condition (as new, damaged, etc.) and take the action you request (credit your card) and email you with a confirmation so that you know we have completed the transaction. It may take between 10-14 days to process your return.
